Privacy Policy

Last updated 23 October 2026. Nexora Studio is operated by Xenova Solutions. Questions about this policy: services@xenovasolutions.com.

What we collect

Your email address and password (stored as a secure hash) when you sign up. The brand details you enter: names, logos, colours, tone, audience and language. The briefs you write or speak, and the posts, images and videos Nexora creates from them. Your workflow settings, schedules and plan. Messages you send through our contact form. For paid plans, the wallet number and transaction ID you submit so we can confirm a payment. Basic usage records, such as the number of posts you create each month.

Connected accounts

When you connect a Facebook Page, an Instagram account or another social account, you sign in on that platform's own page; we never see your password there. We receive an access token and basic profile details (such as the account name and picture), keep the token encrypted, and use it only to publish the posts you chose, to check that they are live, and to read their public performance numbers. You can disconnect an account at any time, and you can also revoke access from the platform's own settings. We never publish to a personal profile unless you explicitly choose it.

YouTube API Services

Nexora Studio can use YouTube API Services to upload and schedule videos on a YouTube channel that you own, and to read that channel's list of uploads so videos are not uploaded twice. By using this feature you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke Nexora Studio's access to your Google data at any time in your Google security settings, or by disconnecting the channel in Nexora Studio.

Nexora Studio's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data only to provide the upload and scheduling feature you asked for. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or allow people to read it except where you ask us for support, where the law requires it, or for security.

How we use information

To run the service you asked for: creating and publishing your content, keeping your account secure, confirming payments, answering your messages, and improving Nexora Studio. We may count where sign-ups come from (for example the link tag on a social post) to see which channels bring customers.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We use service providers to run Nexora Studio: Supabase (database and sign-in, hosted in the cloud), Cloudflare (website hosting), and the platforms you connect (Meta for Facebook and Instagram, and others you choose). Generation of content runs on computers operated by Xenova Solutions. We share information when the law requires it or to protect the service from abuse.

Cookies and similar storage

We do not use advertising cookies. Your browser stores your sign-in session, your theme and language choice, and the tracking tag of the link that brought you here, so we can tell which post led to a sign-up. You can clear this at any time in your browser.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep your data while your account is active. Published videos are removed from temporary storage after a few days. To delete your account and the data we hold, email us from your sign-up address and we will do so. Some records, such as payment confirmations, may be kept longer where the law requires it.

Security

Access tokens are encrypted. Passwords are stored as hashes. Each account's data is separated from other accounts, and administrators can see only what is needed to run and support the service. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

Children

Nexora Studio is for businesses and adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you by email.
